Pathways to Production
A free program is encouraging people to explore the manufacturing industry. Pathways to Production pairs workers with local employers.
The 6-week program is being offered through CSE Consulting in Prescott, starting in January. Participants will spend three weeks learning new skills, followed by a two-week paid placement and final debrief. The goal is for people to land permanent jobs through their placement.

If you’re looking to gain skills for production and manufacturing work, there is still space in our free program in Prescott.
This program is available to anyone over the age of 18. Note, employers are seeking people with manual dexterity, common sense when it comes to mechanical operation and some abilities in math. The average wage in manufacturing is between $16 and $18 per hour to start.
Pathways to Production will integrate industry-endorsed pre-employment, technical, soft skills, essential skills and industry certifications within a six-week training session delivered prior to the transition to permanent employment.
With this program CSE is trying to meet the needs of employers who are looking to hire quality individuals committed to long-term employment.
