Looking for a group training classroom experience?

You are led through the Smart Serve Training Program by an Instructor / Facilitator. The In-Class training takes up to 4 hours, but can vary. The In-Class training materials are only available in English.

After completing the In-Class training, your instructor will guide you through the process of setting up an Individual Online Account with Smart Serve and provide you with a Final Test Token so you can access the test online. All Final Tests must be completed independently and you will be video Proctored. A score of 80% or higher must be achieved to receive your Certification and you will have two (2) attempts at the Final Test.

You must bring 1 piece of valid Photo I.D.
The cost for an unregistered client is $33.90

Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHIMIS)


Our WHMIS course pulls you into 5 real life situations, told by the people who had the workplace experiences. The engaging content and skill building exercises give you a learning experience which ensures that all of the information is fully understood, retained and easily accessed in the future.

A certificate is issued upon successful completion of the course and test.

A series of workshops targeted to job seekers who are feeling the pressures of COVID-19. Workshops include:

  • Managing Worry: Participants will receive strategies for managing stress, and resources to support both themselves, and their children through this difficult and uncertain time. 

  • Marketing your Skills: Focuses on ensuring participants have the tools necessary to succeed prior to beginning their job search. 

  • Resources and Tools to Adjust the Job Search in an Adjusting World: This workshop will assist participant's in navigating the job search in challenging times. 

  • Acing the Interview: This workshop will showcase ways participants can "Ace the Interview"


Work from Home Workshop

Learn valuable tips about working from home or looking for work from home positions. This includes information on: job searching, local job boards, free available trainings, starting a business, emergency financial benefits and self-care/burnout.
